                                         NOTICE INVITING Quotation

EKWMA invites sealed covered quotation from eligible agencies for preparation of the document on Wetland Inventory, Assessment and Monitoring system (WIAMS) for East Kolkata Wetland and adjacent area. Last date of submission of quotation on 30.07.2010.

Interested agencies are submit their application (use their company/organization letter head, which must contain address of the agencies and also phone no.) to the Chief Technical Officer, East Kolkata Wetlands Management Authority, Dept. of Environment, Govt. of West Bengal along with photocopy of the following documents duly attested:

a) VAT/ Sales Tax, Income Tax and Profession Tax Clearance Certificate,

b) Payment and completion certificates for works claimed as credentials,

c) PAN Card,

d) Trade License,

e) Registration Certificate (for Registered Company, if eligible),

f) Partnership Deed & Power of Attorney (for Partnership Firm)

Tender Form will be issued to the eligible agencies based on above mentioned criterions.

Last date of receiving quotation: 30^th July, 2010 up to 4 pm

Date & time of opening quotation paper: 2^nd August, 2010 at 3:30 pm

Time for Completion of work: 45 days
